Rownhams House Wedding.
These guys are two of the most geunine and kind people I have ever met. Their dynamic has a touch of ying & yang, and they compliment each other perfectly. Their wedding day is set in a beautiful & historic grade II listed Georgian house and hidden away within some English woodland. For some more on the venue click here.
These guys were taken with the fact that Rownhams House only hosts a limited number of weddings each year, and that the house is still actually a private residence. They knew they had to have their wedding here.
A few weeks before the day itself we met in Greenwich, London, where we strolled around the backstreets and along the river, as we watched the sun set over the city skyline. The morning of the big day was spent at Talis Mum & Dads house. They spent the morning opening love letters from the groom, and swooning over the Tiffany jewellery Jonny had chosen.
They spent the rest of the day in a very English fashion. Tali was whisked to the church in a beautiful old Jaguar, to a traditional parish church originally built around 1850. They spent the rest of the day in the shade of the beautiful Rownhams House, sipping home made beer actually brewed by Jonny himself, dancing in the garden and exploring the surrounding woodland.
The evening was then set into action with a dance off between the guys and gals, and the couple being carried up high around the dance floor on chairs!
It’s been great working with these guys, their relaxed and understated approach have been a joy to be part of. Their warmth towards each other has been a joy to observe, and capture. These guys and their families just make you happy to around them. Congratulations, thank you, and couldn’t be happier for you. And thank you to the Rownhams House wedding team for all the good work.

Jonny & Tali’s day was lovely and relaxed. This doesn’t mean you can’t still do some of those traditional things. The happy couple just decided, at a point during the afternoon, they would like to have thier first dance. And why not. On the lawn in front of Rownhams House, was a really nice setting, so natural and unforced.
I love the gardens at Rownhams House! What I really like is how they have not been too tamed. The desire for tidyness I find, removes the natural and authentic feeling I like to capture in my photos. If there’s some untidy grass to walk through we are heading there!
