WEDDING ENGAGEMENT PHOTO-SHOOT
I love popping over to Wales. Wales is one of my favourite places in the world, I love the mountains, the forests, the beaches, the landscapes. I have spent much of my life riding bikes in the Welsh mountains. So when I found out Rob and Sadie are spending the weekend in their ‘second home’ in Wales, we decided to meet up and go explore the country side. The plan was first to head up into the mountains, but Sadie suggested a secret location close to where their place. I put my trust in Sadies good taste and agreed!
I didn’t really know what to expect of this area, I was sceptical as to how it could match the mountain scenery I was planning. However I was very pleasantly surprised with what we found. An ancient looking landscape tucked away right next to where they were staying. Something from the Jurassic Park wouldn’t have looked out of place here. Rob & Sadie are awesome, I love their dynamic, they makes me laugh loads! As a photographer up for any adventure our mindsets matched perfectly. I’m not quite sure how ‘safe’ this area was, but, “he who dares…”. I wanted to get photos of these guys that preserve their unique bond, I hate forced and awkward photos anyway, I’m a photographer who prefers to work with real feelings and genuine emotions. I just let them loose to enjoy some time together before their wedding later in year. All I did was shoot the love!
